How to Make An Order and Payment.

Take a Look at the Ongoing GO Page or Go through Our twitter Page and see what can be Ordered.

Then follow these steps:

​

1. DM us or Email us - ONLY IF U DON’T HAVE TWITTER OR IG at btsindiaShop@gmail.com

2. Mention what you want to Order, with quantity and Payment Method of choice *Check below

3. We will send you our Payment details to that particular Method.

4. Make the Payment - Add your Twitter @ or Email ID to the NOTE of the payment page using the add message, add note option.

5. Send us Screenshot (on Twitter/Email, whatever method you used to contact us) where Order/Transaction ID

or Reference Number is shown, This will help us confirm you payment.

6. We will Send you Confirmation & that indicated your order has been booked.

IN CASE OF LIMITED EDITION ITEMS THE PRODUCTS CAN GO OUT OF STOCK SOON SO FOLLOW DEADLINES STRICTLY.

5. Net Banking (NEFT/IMPS)

6. Paytm Transfer (At 10% additional Charge)

Refunds & Cancellations
​

We DO NOT accept any Cancellations, If you book anything, you will not be allowed to cancel your order. This is because shipping fees and batches are pre determined when all slots are booked, cancelling even one order will make the charges spike and rest

of the people will suffer.

​

It is thus, Highly recommended that you think carefully before booking, impulse buying and cancelling is not allowed and can result in penalty and refusing to provide you any service from there on.

​

You will be charged a Fee of Rs. 500 if you force us for a refund.

​

In case of Minors, Make sure you have your parents permission to book an item and give out address. 

Making a Payment will mean you are supervised by an adult, You are not our responsibility and if any issue occur, we wwill

hold you guardians liable to pay out any penalties.

​

”My Child Did it without me knowing” will not be considered a valid Reason for avoiding such Penalty fees.

​

Refund:

​

In case where we are unable to book an item for you, example, a Limited edition item, you will be fully refunfed

within 5 working days. No fees or charges will be deducuted, full amount will be sent back to you.

​

​

In case we made a mistake sending a wrong product to you, you can ask for a replacement or refund ONLY if you can 

provide a raw un-editied Video of unboxing the sealed box proving our mistake.

​

Photos DO NOT count as proof as they can be easily altered.

​

If replacement is possible, you need to send the item back to us first, we will check it’s condition, if any item is missing or

the item has been damaged we have the right to refuse to refund or provide replacement to you.

​

If replacement can’t be made and the item returned back is in good condition, we will refund you or offer Store credit.

 

WE WILL PAY FOR THE RETURN OF ITEMS, Just send us the receipt of the return made (through Indian Post)

​

Any damage in transit is not out responsibility, hence please contact the respected shipping service regarding such issues.
